One-to-one SEN sessions, neurodiversity-affirming care, and autism support for children and young adults — delivered with warmth, structure, and genuine expertise.
I'm Greg — an independent caregiver with over seven years of progressive experience supporting children and young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. My approach is grounded equally in hands-on clinical practice and a deep philosophical commitment to human dignity, autonomy, and respect for difference.
With a Master of Divinity and a BA in Philosophy, I bring a rare thoughtfulness to every session — understanding that truly effective SEN support goes far beyond task completion. It's about building trust, honouring each person's communication style, and co-creating environments where neurodivergent young people can genuinely flourish.
Each session is designed around the young person's unique sensory profile, communication style, and goals — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Structured, sensory-aware one-to-one sessions for autistic children and young adults. We work at the individual's pace, building trust through consistency and predictability.
Practical life skills programmes focused on increasing independence — from daily routines and self-care to social confidence and community participation.
Strength-based coaching to support communication strategies, AAC, and social interaction — aligned with the young person's own goals and natural style.
Sessions designed around sensory sensitivities, using structured environments, visual schedules, and calming strategies to reduce overwhelm and build regulation.
Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and families to share strategies, reinforce progress at home, and ensure a consistent support network.
Detailed, person-centred support plans developed with input from the individual, family, and relevant professionals — fully documented and regularly reviewed.
Every young person is different. My process begins with listening — and never stops.
Initial meetings with the young person and family to understand strengths, preferences, sensory profile, communication style, and what matters most to them.
Together we design a personalised plan with clear, achievable goals — respecting the individual's voice and aligned with family priorities.
Regular one-to-one sessions with structure and warmth — building the trust and predictability that autistic young people rely on to feel safe enough to grow.
Ongoing reflection and plan review — celebrating progress, adjusting strategies, and keeping families informed every step of the way.
Autism is a different way of experiencing the world, not a deficit. I work with each person's strengths rather than against their differences.
Meaningful progress can only happen inside a safe, trusted relationship. I invest time in building that foundation before everything else.
Predictable routines reduce anxiety — but flexibility ensures sessions remain responsive to how the young person is feeling on the day.
The best outcomes happen when families and carers are involved, informed, and supported — not left on the outside looking in.
